As a matter of fact, because OVM main mission is to be a true and original Balinese Spa, we use therapists who only come directly from the island of Bali. There they are recruited, selected and trained in our vocational Academy of Specialisation, during periods of 4, 8 or 12 months. We bring them up to the required levels of service and we assure they have equal standards and abilities in all fields.

We personally travel to Bali several times a year to select a good number of qualified therapists for our staff.  We check their professional and technical abilities, character profile and on-going hospitality towards guests.

We only select personnel with at least three years experience working in wellness centres in five-star hotels, in order to guarantee excellent quality standards.

Therapists are trained to achieve the objectives set and are fully instructed on OVM standards.

One of OVM’s missions is to also maintain and guarantee the highest level of quality and professionalism among the complete range of services offered in our centres, therefore the same goes for our hairdressers and fitness instructors.

Yet again, our strategy is to select and train personnel in their field directly, consequently we also have recruiting agencies located in other strategic areas of the world, countries where an excellent level of professional technique has now been reached: Cuba, Brazil, and Eastern Europe.

Training is always held in specialised schools, and in Cuba and Brazil (other two main sources of skilled staff members other than Bali) we already started the organisation of our personally organised academy programmes.

In order to maintain, control and standardise the high quality standards, functionality and efficiency of all our wellness centres, OVM sends on a regular basis Italian supervisors who check the improvements and maintenance of all set objectives.

OVM guarantees the professional skills of their staff and the expectations or the satisfaction of our clients and guests is never let down or short come.

As of today our organisation has more than 220 employees on board and ashore.
